Can you tell us a little about your company?
Aleph Leadership is a leadership development and workforce training company that helps organizations strengthen management capability, improve retention, and build stronger workplace cultures. We work with employers, educational institutions, government agencies, and workforce development organizations to deliver leadership training, supervisor development, executive coaching, and workforce development programs in both English and Spanish.
I started Aleph because I saw organizations promoting talented employees into leadership roles without providing the tools and training necessary for success. Across industries, leadership gaps contribute to turnover, burnout, communication challenges, and missed opportunities for growth.
Today, our work focuses on helping organizations build stronger leaders at every level, from frontline supervisors to senior executives, while creating pathways for workforce advancement and long-term organizational success.
How’d you get your start in tech?
My path into tech came through innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce development. Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, education, and technology, helping founders, executives, and emerging leaders navigate growth and change.
At Aleph Leadership, we increasingly leverage technology to expand access to high-quality leadership development. We use virtual learning, digital coaching platforms, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven approaches to make leadership training more accessible and effective for organizations of all sizes.
I am particularly interested in how technology can democratize access to professional development and create opportunities for people who may not otherwise have access to executive coaching and leadership training.
What is your latest project and why are you excited about it?
We are helping New York employers access workforce development grants to train supervisors, managers, and frontline leaders.
Many employers don't realize they may qualify for grants that can provide 60% reimbursement of eligible training costs for companies with 125 employees or fewer—and in some cases up to $400,000—in workforce training services. We are especially focused on healthcare, construction, and facilities employers looking to improve retention, leadership, and workforce performance. It's exciting because it helps businesses solve real challenges while creating growth opportunities for workers and reducing costs for employers.
